McGeady Sisneros
The design for the headquarters of this Denver-based law firm featured rich materials, elegant detailing, and a nod to the raw bones of the original unfinished space.
From the outset, there was a thoughtful effort to incorporate the work of a favorite local artist throughout the office. The artist's palette influenced and inspired the overall warmth and elegance of the space. (Photos: Frank Ooms)

AMERICAN SKANDIA
The corporate headquarters for this financial services firm, located just north of Denver, CO, included the complete build-out of three floors of a new building.
Materials and finishes were selected as a reference to the company's Scandinavian heritage. The clean, yet thoughtful detailing reflects the essence of Scandinavian design. (Photo: Frank Ooms)

CEB
As a then up-and-coming new consultancy, Corporate Executive Board (CEB) acquired two full floors of raw office space in downtown Washington, D.C.
The office design exudes a youthful, energetic vibe with bright colors, flexible multi-use collaborative spaces, and a sculptural central stair that connects the two floors. Ceilings and columns were painted in their unfinished state to allow the industrial core of the office to remain.
